Rocky Mountains has acquired mining rights to several mines in Tianzhu, Yanhe, Yuanling, and Sanjiang. Among them, our Tianzhu Mine is situated in the southern part of China's largest stratiform barite deposit, the Guizhou Tianzhu Riverside barite deposit. Our mine is conveniently located 60 kilometers away from the nearest train station with roads connecting the mine to surrounding cities and train stations.

Our Tianzhu mine covers an area of 3.2 square kilometers with a minable surface area of 12.82 hectares. The mine's proven reserve is 13,825,000mt as of 2014, the estimated total reserve is over 60,000,000mt. Our mine has the largest proven reserve and annual production capability in the Tianzhu Riverside Deposit area.

The barite ore from our Tianzhu mine is mostly grey in color and specific gravity (SG) is between 4.15 and 4.35g/cm3; barium sulfate (BaSO4) content is above 90%.

Our barite reserve has multiple stable seams, from 2009, we apply slope mining and track haulage to mine barite ore in large quantities, the production rate was between 150,000 to 180,000mt per year.

From 2014, RKM made considerable investments of RMB150 million to build new tunnels and haulage systems. Upon completion, we expect Tianzhu mine's production rate to reach 600,000mt per year.

Till now two main inclined shafts have been completed (main shaft and ventilation shaft) with hoist system, bucket transportation, diesel-electric locomotive traction, housing column method;

have been established systematically.
